Rodeo d'oiseau is a surrealist oil painting on wood by Corine Perier which depicts a gray and white bird wearing a jester's hat - embodying both the disguise and the buffoon. Perched on a wooden horse, the bird participates in an imaginary rodeo. As is often the case in the artist's work, the composition unites the elements of air and earth, the bird joining forces with the horse to tame its gallop.
