DELIVERY IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION :

• Delivery of small and medium-sized artworks: This is a shipment by normal post,  Colissimo International or Chronopost.

• Delivery of large-sized artworks: It is shipping by courier style UPS, Fedex, DHL depending on your delivery address.

• The works are shipped from France and insured during transport.

• Tracking is provided.

• Free delivery in metropolitan France.

DELIVERY TO A COUNTRY OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION :

• Delivery costs outside the European Union are calculated on the shopping cart page of the online store before finalizing your order.

• It is shipping by courier style UPS, Fedex, DHL depending on your delivery address. This is the most secure and fastest mode.

• The works are shipped from France and insured during transport.

• Tracking is provided.

• ​​In the event of an order to a country outside the European Union, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable for any order shipped outside the European Union.​

• In case of delivery outside of the European Union, if customs duties, taxes or import duties are due, they are the responsibility of the buyer, as well as any associated declarations or formalities. The buyer is required to inform himself of the customs duties, taxes and provisions relating to the circulation and export of works of art, which can be consulted online for France on the site douanes.gouv.fr and with the competent authorities of the country of destination. CORINE PERIER cannot be held responsible in case of impossibility to export the purchased work.

• ​These rights and sums do not fall under the jurisdiction of CORINE PERIER. They will be at your charge and are your entire responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.​

​NOTICE FOR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS :

​

• According to official US Customs guidance, artwork is exempt from Reciprocal Tariffs under Chapter 99 Secondary Classification: 9903.01.31, as informational materials.

• This means original artworks can enter the United States tariff-free.

​SHIPPING TIMES :

​

• Shipping time is generally 7 business days after receipt of payment. This time includes the time needed to securely package the artwork.

• 1-2 weeks (France - EU)

• 4-6 weeks (USA - Ouside EU)

This delivery time is for guidance only and depends on the carrier appointed to ship your work and customs formalities. A delay in shipping cannot be considered a reason for order cancellation, nor can it give rise to the payment of damages or late payment penalties.

​ORDER TRACKING :

​

• Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, you will receive an email from CORINE PERIER.

• When your order leaves the studio, a second email will be sent to you with a tracking link (be sure to check your spam folder).

• If you do not receive an email with a tracking link or tracking updates are missing, contact CORINE PERIER at info@corineperier.com providing the name or email used when ordering . We will assist you in tracking your order.

PROTECTIVE PACKAGING :

• Artworks are protected by bubble wrap and placed in a custom-made crate to avoid damage.

RECEIPT OF WORKS BY THE CLIENT :​

• Upon receipt of the order at the place designated by the Buyer, the latter must immediately receive and unpack the work, and if necessary, notify the carrier and CORINE PERIER via the contact form in writing within 48 hours of any reservations about the delivered product (damaged package, etc...). Otherwise, the work will be considered to be delivered in perfect condition.

• The buyer will assume all costs and risks of the works sold, after their delivery.​​​​

RETURN POLICY :

​​

• You have 14 days to return their purchases from the day of receipt, if you reside in European Union.(Read Terms and Condtions of sale)

• Returns must be made in their original packaging and original artworks must be accompanied by the original certificate of authenticity. Artworks must be in the same condition as when they were received.

• Return costs (shipping and customs) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the shipper or a product defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is in place. This will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method as soon as possible.

• According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. CORINE PERIER reserves the right to refuse commissions returns at her discretion.
